Meet Sharne, a physiotherapist, business owner, and performance coach with a strong passion for women’s health, sports performance, and rehabilitation. As a former Division 1 NCAA athlete and an elite-level swimmer for most of her life, Sharne understands firsthand the dedication it takes to push the body to its peak. Now, she uses that experience to help others excel—whether they’re recovering from injury, optimising athletic performance, or navigating the unique challenges in women’s health.
She will be sharing expert insights on how lash artists can minimise injury risks, improve posture, and build habits that support long, healthy careers.
Sarah is the founder of a Multi 6 Figure business teaching people how to lead and speak with command. Her mission is to rewrite what it means to be an opinionated woman and build articulate, intelligent and commanding people.
Traveling across Australia and teaching online, she speaks and teaches her framework, working across both the business and corporate sectors to unlock what holds individuals back from commanding their own life and what it takes to become the underdog.
Alongside running her successful business and managing a team, Sarah is in her final year of studying a double degree in Law and Politics.
