After a decade in the beauty industry, I have created the handmade technique that has allowed me to train 6 staff members and over a dozen students to get them performing quality handmade lash sets within 30 days of learning. My tried and tested technique has proven to look after the clients' natural lashes and increase retention.  

My salon was a 6 figure salon that was retaining over 90% of every client and each client's appointment retention rate was 3.6 weeks. Mrs. Lash Lounge was a Gold Coast based salon known for not only our lash retention but bubbly and beautiful energy and space.
